Shipping & Delivery

Every piece from Austrian Timber Bowl is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted item. We pack them carefully to ensure your piece arrives safely.

1) Shipping Methods & Shipping Costs (by Weight)

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout (based on weight and the number of items).

🇦🇹 Austria

  • Pick up in person: €0.00

  • Parcel shipping 0–2 kg (max. 90 cm): €5.90 per order + €1.50 per item

  • Parcel shipping (2–10 kg): €12.43 per order + €1.50 per item

🇩🇪 Germany

  • Parcel shipping 0–2 kg (max. 90 cm): €11.90 per order + €2.00 per item

  • Parcel shipping (2–10 kg): €23.13 per order + €2.00 per item

🌍 All other countries (worldwide)

  • Parcel shipping 0–2 kg (max. 90 cm): €16.90 per order + €2.00 per item

  • Parcel shipping (2–10 kg): €29.90 per order + €3.00 per item

Note for non-EU shipments: Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import sales tax, and fees. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.

2) Processing time & delivery time (estimates)

  • Processing time: Usually ready to ship within [1–3 business days], unless otherwise specified for the product or one-of-a-kind item.

  • Delivery times (estimates):

    • Austria: [1–3 business days]

    • Germany: [2–5 business days]

    • EU/Worldwide: [3–10 business days]
      (No deliveries on Sundays or holidays.)

3) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation. Tracking is available depending on the shipping provider or option.

4) Damage during shipping

Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt. If any items arrive damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package and product

  2. Please contact us within 48 hours at: gerold.reininger@gmail.com
    We’ll find a solution quickly.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

1) Right of withdrawal (for consumers)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a person designated by you (not the delivery person) took possession of the goods.

2) Declare withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send a clear statement via email to:

3) Returns

You must return the goods to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after cancellation, to:
Kunst & Handdrechslerei Gerold Reininger

County Road 7, A-4490 Ölkam / Sankt Florian

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item.
Please return the item well-packaged and with tracking, if possible.

4) Loss of value

You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a manner not necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.

5) Refund

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments we have received from you no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of cancellation.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever comes first.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

6) Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., engravings, personalizations, or custom color combinations).
